The return of Motion On The Mississippi! 🌃⚡️ We’re bringing back one of our favorite ride experiences with a night ride along the river. This will be a 20-mile ride starting at @cityhousemn with a halfway stop at the Swing Bridge in Inver Grove Heights before heading back. This is a SPICY ride, and we will have TWO groups available: 🔥 Group A: Spicy pace • 16-18 MPH average speed 🌊 Group B: Mild pace • 13-15 MPH average speed Please review the route, distance, and expected pace beforehand to make sure this ride is for you and your comfort level. Ride within your limits and know your abilities. Be respectful of the group and surrounding traffic at all times - safety always comes first. Ride at your own will. Helmets and bike lights required. Bring water and cash! 6:30 meet up. 7:15 ride out at @cityhousemn Let’s light up the Mississippi together! 🌉✨

For Mental Health Awareness Month, EZ Bike Club is partnering with @pathwayslnh to create a safe, uplifting space centered around our youth, our families, and our community. Join us for an evening of riding, food, games, giveaways, and meaningful conversation around peace and mental wellness. We’re also honored to welcome guest speaker @stevefitzhugh, who will be sharing a powerful song and message focused on suicide prevention, hope, and healing.
