Last night we went fast. Tonight we slow down and get loud. In 1895, Kittie Knox rode into a national cycling meet holding a membership card the league had just voted to deny people like her. She didn’t argue. She showed up, rode well, and made the color bar look exactly as small as it was. That’s the tradition. When cycling forgets who it belongs to, Black women arrive and fix it. Twenty no-drop miles with Seaarra of Biking with Baddies. Then the Kittie Knox Awards. Come be loud about the right people. Meet 5:30. Roll 6:00. One ride left after this one. Wednesday we close it out — ride, dinner, and a conversation between two of the people who built this thing in the first place. Link in bio.

Tonight, we roll out to meet Balance Cycling on their turf — same corner, same hour they’ve held for years. Still no-drop. Marshal front, sweep back. No-drop isn’t the same as easy.
