Our main focus for each class are safe alignment and encouraging each student to explore their personal yoga practice.

Still falling for Fall??? Craving some sweets and dirt?? Look no further than our annual Dirt n’ Donuts ride this Sunday, October 26th!! We’ll meet at Sibley Historic site at 11am and then hit the trails for a 5 mile out and back (10 miles total) ride- full of donuts, cider, and candy corn. This will be a chill, no-drop ride with lots of stops for snacks and views.\n\nBike recs- This ride will be 100% on unpaved surfaces, so wider tires are recommended (plus rumor has it there will be some sand and mud😋). There won’t be any obstacles you can’t hop off your bike and walk over, so ride whatever bike you feel comfortable handling some dirt with!\n\n*SAFER SPACES POLICY\nAny unwelcome sexual advances, homophobic or transphobic “jokes” and language, macho showmanship, lack of respect for gender pronouns, belittling insider lingo, negative comments on someone’s gear or ability, excluding people based on gender/race/ability/orientation, etc., will be called out and you might be asked to leave.\nLanguage from @greaseragbikes
