Curious about what it means to be a marshal? Want to help out behind the scenes on your favorite group rides? \n\nBiking season is nearly upon us! 🚲⭐️ And we are hosting a Ride Support Training for anyone interested in getting involved at Perennial Cycle. The training will be led by Perennial Staff and by two of our lead marshals, Tessa and Morgan. We will share what it means to provide ride support at Perennial with tips, tricks, and hands on ways to positively impact a group ride experience, covering all things from creating a welcoming space for new riders at the start of a ride to how to keep a group together and as safe as possible. We'll end the training with a short ride around the neighborhood to put some of these skills into practice. \n\nIf you attend this training, you'll be added to our list of marshals who we'll reach out to for ride support for the season ahead. \n\n✨March 22, 1–3 pm, at the shop✨
