A big flashback to the April Bone Yard Challenge 🦴🪚\n\nAn inaugural BSCC member event that was part steeplechase and part taskmaster. Bone Saw members worked in teams to solve clues that lead them to checkpoints all over the city where they had to complete tasks to get the next clue!\n\nBSCC folks did everyone from pick up garbage, to surprise book reports, human pyramids, notes of encouragement and a whole lot more.\n\nA big thank you to @austinharleyp @luce_is_loose @cab.school.grad @dougmcgillis @rollinonmpls who graciously volunteered their Sunday to hang out and make the event a success! 🖤💖🩶

Bone Saw took a trip up to the beautiful North Shores of Lake Superior last weekend for Le Grand Du Nord, where we battled Fall-like temperatures, wind, rain, mud, and a taste of hypothermia. \"Race day\" was cold but the days afterwards brought sunshine and positive vibes. \nWe even had a marriage proposal the day after the ride!! (Congrats to Joe & Hilary!) \n\nLe Grand Du Nord is a Gravel Ride out of Grand Marais, starting right in town and into the surrounding woods. Hitting paved highways and logging roads, this is always a favorite trip and ride for us in Bone Saw. Le Grand is a great ride for beginners that want to experience gravel roads and sweeping views of inland lakes, usually offering 3 distances, ~25, ~50, ~105 inspiring riders to choose their given challenge mixed with comradery, vibes, views and a beautiful weekend of camping. \n\nHuge shoutout and thanks to the many volunteers and organizers over @heckofthenorth for their care for others throughout the entire weekend and for always putting on the best event in Minnesota.\n\n📸's by @rollinonmpls\n@bethanynoellemeister\n@nick.noethe @sharonabel\n\n#bonesawisready #bonesawcyclingcollective #legranddunord

Bike event season is in full swing! \n(Which means we’ll be a few weeks behind in posting until winter 😅) \n\nBone Saw recently had a crew head down to Northfield to ride @theheywoodride and it was pretty perfect. We were gifted with blue skies, blooming flowers and perfect gravel along the rivers and farmland. ✨ \nThe Heywood community is really something special. The event is welcoming to beginners and veteran gravel riders alike, but is less about racing and more about enjoying the company and the scenery. \n\nThanks to all of the the volunteers and organizers who made it so successful. We will definitely be back again to hang with the lovely folks of Northfield!

One of our cub members and board member, Faith was recently diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer on March 2nd. Invasive Ductal Carcinoma / Estrogen Positive / Progesterone Positive / HER2+\n\nShe had surgery on March 24th and as she prepares to begin an intense treatment plan in the coming weeks, including 12 weeks of chemotherapy, 3 1/2 weeks of radiation, and a year of immunotherapy, we’re rallying around her with a 19 mile fundraising ride on April 18th to help support her.\n\nFaith is insured. However, out-of-pocket costs for breast cancer treatment in the USA are substantial. \n\nFaith has been a bright light and an important part of our EZ Bike Club family since she joined. ❄️WE’RE BACK! ❄️\n\nOur winter ride series starts the last week of November and goes through March! Make sure to dress in layers and bring lights! These rides will be 10-15 miles round trip, starting and ending at Sabo Bridge. \n\nNo drop as always, we’ll ride a “stay warm” pace and keep everyone together. \n\nLast Tuesday of the month! Meet at 6:45 PM and roll at 7:00 PM 🤘
